David Grim is a seasoned Creative Director, boasting over two decades of experience in driving revenue and omnichannel client experiences through pioneering branding, product and content development, experiential and event design, impactful merchandising, and dynamic marketing and communication strategies across global consumer touchpoints.
Currently spearheading Creative Services at a marquee global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of financial services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and individuals. Founded in 1869, the firm is headquartered in New York and maintains offices in all major financial centers around the world.
His previous role as Vice President of Brand Presentation at Ralph Lauren saw him shaping and executing strategies that revolutionized the retail customer journey, driving both formulation and profitability.
During his tenure, David's influence permeated various facets of the Ralph Lauren brand experience, from store and fixture design to product development, visual merchandising, and beyond. He championed creativity, infusing it into every aspect, including in-store music, employee dress code, infotainment, and event production.
David is not only a storyteller but also a builder, propelled by a passion for growth and collaboration. He possesses a rare ability to channel his creative energy through others, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to recruiting, nurturing talent, and fostering diversity.
Recognized for his leadership contributions, David served on Ralph Lauren's Global DEI Council from 2010 to 2016, and in 2022 was named Co-Chair of the DEI Americas Committee for Williams Lea where he continues to drive the development of comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategies resulting in a more integrated and cohesive approach to building an engaged environment that addresses the needs of employee recognition, talent acquisition and talent management.
